About The Position

Now You're Talking, LLC is a dynamic private practice offering out-patient speech services to the community in a beautiful office setting. Experienced Licensed SLP Wanted Join a Pediatric Practice Where Your Work Actually Matters Now You’re Talking, LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to make a meaningful impact with children and families in our community. We are a busy pediatric speech therapy practice in Stony Point, NY, serving children with a wide range of communication, feeding, myofunctional, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs. We are looking for someone who brings clinical skill, warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for helping children find their voice.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy for pediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and plan-of-care updates.
Educate, coach, and collaborate with parents and caregivers to support carryover of therapy goals at home.
Communicate effectively with physicians, teachers, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and other professionals as appropriate.
Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure coordinated, child-centered care.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and best practices.
Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and New York State licensure requirements through continuing education.
Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and ethical practice in accordance with ASHA's Code of Ethics and all applicable state and federal regulations.
Foster a welcoming, supportive, and positive experience for children and their families.
Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the continued growth and success of the practice.
