About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team near Newark, NJ! This is a full-time opportunity in a school-based pediatric setting. We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering direct supervision, hands-on training, and a supportive environment to help you thrive. Opportunities are also available statewide and nationwide, with room for growth within the company!
Requirements
- NJ School Certification
- Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
Nice To Haves
- Clinical Fellow (CF) or recent graduate
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide targeted therapy to support communication skill development
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulations
