Requirements
- Active Kansas SLP license
- Reliable vehicle for travel between service locations (vehicles provided for full-time, direct employees)
- Valid driver’s and car license
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Providing speech therapy services to individuals on the Brain Injury Waiver.
- Working across various settings—including clients' homes, community spaces (such as coffee shops, parks, stores), and our therapy centers.
- Delivering speech and language therapy, swallowing therapy, and cognitive-communication interventions.
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of the indications and contraindications for various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
- Collaborating closely with an incredible team of administrative staff and care providers.
- Maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Following daily scheduling protocols, communicating effectively with team members, and adjusting schedules as needed for flexibility.
