Requirements
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Creative, compassionate, and child-centered approach
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, functional speech-language therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing as applicable
- Educate and support families to encourage carryover of therapy strategies into daily routines
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain timely, accurate documentation
