This role is based in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care setting. The Speech-Language Pathologist provides therapy and related services for patients, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with Speech-Language Pathology therapy principles and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. The position involves providing quality patient care, including screening and evaluation, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans, discharge planning, supervising assistants and Rehab Techs, and managing cases. The individual must maintain professional conduct representing Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to quality and service and adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy.
