About The Position

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their growing community and provide services to Early Intervention and preschool-aged students (3-5 years old) in the Reading, Pennsylvania area. This role involves working in community-based preschools and daycare centers, utilizing play-based intervention strategies and collaborative, classroom-based service delivery. The position offers the opportunity to work in natural learning environments alongside a multidisciplinary team, focusing on early language development and foundational communication skills. The schedule is full-time, with hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute duty-free lunch. The position operates on a stretch calendar, providing year-round employment with embedded breaks. Students served commonly present with language delays, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and other early childhood communication needs. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Current or eligible Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Current or eligible Pennsylvania Educational Specialist Certificate
  • Knowledge of play-based intervention and early childhood development
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Experience working with preschool or Early Intervention populations
  • Experience with play-based therapy and push-in service delivery

Responsibilities
