About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in the greater Medford, OR area. This is an in-person, full-time role focused on Early Childhood (3-5 year olds). The position utilizes a multidisciplinary consultative model with separate Service Coordinators, meaning SLPs do not case manage. The average caseload is approximately 50 students throughout the year. This company welcomes Certified Clinical Fellows (CFY) and provides CF supervisors to support new graduates. There are weekly team meetings and a supportive leadership team.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
