The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for screening and evaluating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. This role involves developing appropriate care plans, delivering rehabilitative treatment, evaluating treatment outcomes, and providing consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers. The SLP will also generate comprehensive discharge summaries.
