About The Position
A smaller community hospital located near La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time, permanent Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team! This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a Mon-Fri schedule, day shift. The role involves evaluating and treating referred patients of all ages for speech, language and swallow problems at various facilities on an inpatient and outpatient basis. The department boasts great therapy leadership and administration.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Speech Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence
- State of Wisconsin license or eligibility
- CPR certification required
Nice To Haves
- Department of Public Instruction license desirable
- At least three years experience in speech pathology in a medical setting preferred
- Experience/expertise performing instrumental evaluation of swallow function tests highly desired
