Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN
About The Position
Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This position offers flexibility, the opportunity for meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to control income through a pay-per-visit model. The role involves providing 1:1 patient care in the home environment within the Pensacola/Escambia County area, with territories designed to minimize drive time. The company utilizes technology such as AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time and allow therapists to focus more on patient care. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an AHCA Level 2 background screening.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- OASIS/Medicare documentation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia
- Educate patients and caregivers to improve functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete OASIS documentation as required
- Document visits using streamlined, AI-assisted technology
