About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to join their team in helping every child find their voice for a school district in Sebring, FL during the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days in-person and 1-2 days virtual. The role involves conducting evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a key responsibility, ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs. Therapists will deliver high-quality speech and language services, adapting techniques for various age groups and developmental levels using both in-person and virtual platforms. Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families is also essential.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida State Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License and FLDOE Certification
Prior experience with school-based therapy practices

Responsibilities
