This position offers a hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days in-person and 1-2 days virtual. The role involves conducting evaluations to identify, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a key responsibility, ensuring goals are measurable and aligned with student needs. Therapists will deliver high-quality speech and language services, adapting techniques for various age groups and developmental levels using both in-person and virtual platforms. Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking student data to adjust treatment plans and communicate progress effectively to educators and families is also essential.
