About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys building strong resident relationships while helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Requirements
- Active SLP license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans focused on functional progress and quality outcomes
- Work with residents recovering from neurological, medical, and post-acute conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and nursing teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
