The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, supporting patient recovery and communication improvement. Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital - Madison is a brand new 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Madison, Mississippi. Requirements

• Strong communication skills and clinical judgement required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP license and ASHA certification.
• CPR certification required.

• Experience in acute or rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding therapy goals.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on care coordination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
