About The Position

Pediatric Speech Lab (PSL) is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join their in-clinic team from October through December. This role offers a flexible opportunity for SLPs to pick up additional hours, supplement another position, gain pediatric experience, or enjoy a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children. The PRN SLP will provide individualized, in-person speech and language services to pediatric clients, working alongside a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• CCC-SLP
• Appropriate Maryland licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based care

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, individualized speech and language therapy in our clinic
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document each child's progress
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and other clinical team members
• Provide parent education and support
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in clinical meetings and team collaboration as needed
• Use evidence-based practices to support each child's communication goals
• Help create a positive, encouraging, and fun clinic environment
