About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team at a therapeutic day school in Leominster, MA for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role offers the opportunity to work with students across a wide range of ages and abilities while receiving support from an experienced team of clinicians.

Requirements

  • Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology licensure requirements (Mass.gov)
  • DESE certification/licensure

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language services to students ages 3–22
  • Support students with a variety of diagnoses, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Genetic disorders and other developmental disabilities
  • Deliver therapy focused on: AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), Assistive technology, Language-based intervention, Functional communication development
  • Caseloads are typically organized by classroom
  • SLPs generally support 3–4 classrooms
  • Each classroom contains approximately 4–8 students
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
