About The Position
EdTheory is seeking new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year. The program focuses on supporting, guiding, and developing new clinicians into confident professionals within a community-focused environment. EdTheory aims to provide a strong foundation for a long-term career in speech-language pathology, emphasizing personal well-being and professional growth.
Requirements
- Currently completing or recently graduated from a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) placement.
Responsibilities
- Complete Clinical Fellowship (CF) requirements under the guidance of experienced SLP leaders.
- Develop clinical confidence, decision-making skills, and independence.
- Engage in consistent, meaningful connection with mentors and colleagues for feedback and collaboration.
- Participate in a people-first culture that prioritizes well-being and long-term career development.
