About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person, school-based positions in Auburn, WA, focusing on an early childhood caseload. This is a Monday-Friday, 1.0 FTE role with a local, woman- and therapist-founded company that aims to support therapists with real-time mentorship, collaboration, and flexibility.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• ASHA CCCs

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school-based setting.
• Work with an early childhood caseload.
• Collaborate with a team that offers mentorship and support.
