Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (10-15 visits/week) to provide 1:1 patient care in senior living communities. This role involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a focus on dysphagia, cognitive impairment, neurologic disorders, and problem-solving programs. The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team, making sound decisions based on patient needs. H2 Health emphasizes community focus, quality care, and professional growth with opportunities for advancement and relocation. Therapists will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team approach.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Active CCC-SLP state license
- Experience with dysphagia is required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus
