About The Position

Synaptic Pediatric Therapies is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including new graduates and experienced professionals, to join their dynamic, supportive, and inspiring team. The mission is to transform young lives through compassionate care, innovative treatments, and collaborative teamwork, empowering children to communicate confidently and connect with the world. As part of the expert team, SLPs will evaluate and treat children and young adults with diverse speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication needs. They will develop individualized Plans of Care with meaningful goals, collaborate with families to maximize skill carryover and provide resources, and stay current with professional development and evidence-based practices. Maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to licensure and certification requirements are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• A valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certification (or are a Clinical Fellow eager to grow).
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team setting alongside occupational therapists and fellow SLPs.
• Experience (or a passion to gain experience!) with a wide variety of conditions, including articulation, fluency, swallowing, and AAC devices.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
