About The Position

Symbria is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Rehab Team at Cumberland Crossing in Carlisle, PA. This is a part-time, employee-owner position with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Symbria has been providing patient-centered care to the geriatric population in senior-living and post-acute settings for over 20 years. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Must be available at least to start 20-24 hours weekly.
• Must be available either a Monday and/or Friday.

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
