Speech Language Pathologist – SLP -- Full Time – Warren, IN

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a highly-rated continuing care retirement community located in Warren, IN. In this role, the SLP will provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents from short-term rehab, long term care and assisted living. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

· Experience building caseload is a plus!
· Flexible full-time schedule, 30–40 hours per week.
· The facility has a great longstanding team that works well together on a very large campus with many amenities.

Requirements

• Applicants must have active Indiana Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology, passing the Praxis II: Subject Assessment in Speech-Language Pathology exam, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
• Additionally, applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
• Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
