About The Position

We’re partnering with a welcoming elementary school to find a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a lasting impact. This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with young learners and wants to be part of a collaborative, student-centered environment. In this role, you’ll support students as they build essential communication skills that influence academic performance, social interaction, and overall confidence. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and support staff to create meaningful progress for every child you serve.

Requirements

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track progress and adjust interventions to ensure continued growth.
• Design and implement therapy plans aligned with student needs and goals.
• Deliver individualized speech and language services in an elementary school setting.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
