Ellsworth County Medical Center (ECMC) is seeking a Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Rehabilitation Services team. Experience: Previous experience in Speech Therapy preferred.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Kansas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP (or CFY candidate)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Kansas Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Speech Therapy preferred.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort working with diverse populations and varying levels of medical complexity.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered depending on supervision availability.
