About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This position is ideal for an SLP who values collaboration, evidence-based practice, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working with a pediatric population. The SLP will work as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team supporting children with speech, language, and social communication needs, including many diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice

Nice To Haves

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in a clinic-based setting
• Collaborate with ABA and clinical teams
• Document services and client progress
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and team members
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning
