About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their Early Intervention team in York, PA and surrounding areas. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including part-time and PRN opportunities, allowing therapists to work as little or as much as they'd like, with a goal to build up to 5 hours/week. The role provides flexible hourly compensation ($65–$75/hour, negotiable rates) and flexible service areas, aiming to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home in York/Adams County, PA. Session scheduling is also flexible, allowing therapists to create their own schedule based on their and their client's availability, with sessions lasting approximately 1-hour including therapy and documentation time on a company-provided laptop. This W2 position includes part-time benefits and is ideal for therapists with full-time jobs, school-based staff, parents, or anyone seeking a change. Requirements

  • Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
