Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- 1+ year clinical experience (home health experience a plus)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Heart for serving seniors and local families

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home speech therapy services for home health patients
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Address swallowing disorders, cognitive-communication deficits, speech/language impairments
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and case managers
- Maintain accurate documentation in a Medicare home health setting
