About The Position
Cross Country Education is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join their team for the 2026–2027 school year, supporting K-12 students in Dearborn, MI. The role involves providing high-quality speech-language pathology services, managing a full-time caseload focused on direct therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and collaboration with school staff, administrators, and families to support student communication goals and academic progress.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA)
- Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across varying grade levels (to be determined based on district needs)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to an assigned student caseload, tailored to their specific grade levels and academic needs.
- Manage a full-time caseload dedicated to direct student therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and collaboration.
- Work closely with school staff, administrators, and families to support student communication goals and ensure academic progress.
