About The Position
Path2Staff Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for a full-time elementary school opportunity with one of our trusted school district partners. This campus offers a collaborative environment with SLP-A support, creating a balanced workload and allowing clinicians to focus on providing high-quality services while working as part of a supportive team. This is a full-time, school-year assignment for the 2026-2027 school year, located in the Greater Houston Area. Clinical Fellows are welcome and will be provided with supervision.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license
- CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable, student-centered professional committed to quality services
Nice To Haves
- School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services
- Develop IEP goals and complete required documentation
- Attend ARD/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Work collaboratively with the campus SLP-A to support student services
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
