About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative pediatric therapy team, build relationships with families, and make a difference in the lives of children. While this is a temporary assignment, there may be opportunities to be considered for future openings based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience required.
• Active Texas State license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Passion for serving children and supporting families.

• Bilingual status (may affect W2 pay rate).

Responsibilities

• Provide temporary maternity leave coverage for approximately 12 weeks.
• Provide speech-language pathology services to children.
• Build relationships with families.
• Collaborate with other therapists and professionals.
• Participate in therapeutic mission work (opportunities available).
• Participate in the DEI committee (opportunities available).
