Requirements

Active Illinois and/or Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License
2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive

Responsibilities

Mentor and develop SLPs across a variety of pediatric settings
Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments
Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development
Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion
Facilitate collaboration between departments
Be an exceptional role model for all team members
