Requirements

  • Active Illinois and/or Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License
  • 2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication
  • A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive
  • Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop SLPs across a variety of pediatric settings
  • Serve as a clinical expert—problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
  • Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development
  • Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion
  • Facilitate collaboration between departments
