About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist evaluates and treats patients within legal and professional guidelines and hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The role evaluates patients and implements plans of care to provide comprehensive speech and language services for individuals with speech and/or language dysfunction. This is a full-time position in Neuro Rehab requiring experience. Care is delivered with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient focus, with mentorship days and opportunities to work at various Franciscan Health therapy locations. Travel is never or rarely required.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Speech Language Pathologist experience for the full-time Neuro Rehab role.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) qualification.
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech and/or language dysfunction.
