About The Position
The Speech Therapist develops and implements a plan for providing rehabilitation home therapeutic treatment as well as education of patients, family members and significant others to home health and hospice patients. This position also coordinates with other home health staff to provide an efficient integration of care.
Requirements
- Master's in speech pathology from an educational institution accredited by the Education and Training Board of American Speech Language Hearing Association
- ST-Speech Therapy for the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance
- Valid Drivers License Class C or B
- Automobile Insurance
- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
- 2 years recent relevant experience
- Ability to organize, use time efficiently, and communicate well
- Clinical assessment skills in area of expertise
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
