Choose the path that works best for you: 1. Guaranteed Hourly (W-2) Consistent pay based on experience ($33–$41/hour) with guaranteed hours and full benefits (20+ hours/week) 2. Pay-Per-Visit (W-2) Higher earning potential ($50–$76/hour) with flexibility; benefits available at 20+ hours/week 3.
