Choose the path that works best for you: 1. Guaranteed Hourly (W-2) Consistent pay based on experience ($33–$41/hour) with guaranteed hours and full benefits (20+ hours/week) 2. Pay-Per-Visit (W-2) Higher earning potential ($50–$76/hour) with flexibility; benefits available at 20+ hours/week 3. Requirements

  • CCC-SLP credential
  • Pediatric feeding experience (minimum 1 year with complex cases)
  • Texas SLP license
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • A team-oriented mindset and passion for helping children succeed

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care possible
  • Evaluate and treat primarily feeding patients, with opportunities to support broader speech/language needs
  • Create engaging, individualized therapy plans that help children thrive
  • Build meaningful connections with patients and families while making a lasting impact
