Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience required
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Active Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
- A heart for serving children and changing lives
Nice To Haves
- On-site cross-discipline mentorship with OT, SLP, and PT
- Collaboration with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts for support with challenging behaviors
- Participation in local and international therapeutic mission work
- Clinical Competency Specialist support in AAC and feeding
- Optional structured 12-month Feeding Program
- DEI (Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion) committee involvement
