About The Position

Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologists for flexible, part-time contract roles. This position offers the opportunity to work one to four afternoons a week, providing meaningful therapy to children in a supportive pediatric setting. Requirements

• Active Texas SLP license
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
• Passion for helping children and families thrive

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AAC and feeding support
• Interest in structured Feeding Program
• Willingness to participate in community and mission involvement

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy sessions to children.
• Conduct evaluations.
• Collaborate with experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Participate in cross-discipline mentorship and collaboration.
• Engage in community and mission involvement opportunities.
