About The Position
Cole Pediatric Therapy is seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologists for flexible, part-time contract positions. This role offers the opportunity to work one to four afternoons a week in a supportive pediatric setting, providing meaningful work that changes children's lives. It's ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their income, ease back into practice, or add fulfilling hours to their week, with the potential for growth. The position is located in South Austin, TX.
Requirements
- Active Texas SLP license
- Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
- Passion for helping children and families thrive

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy sessions to children.
- Conduct evaluations.
- Collaborate with experienced OTs, PTs, SLPs, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Participate in cross-discipline mentorship and collaboration.
- Provide AAC and feeding support.
- Potentially participate in a structured Feeding Program.
- Engage in community and mission involvement opportunities.
