Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow ( Full Time)
About The Position
SCAL Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) to provide therapy services at Desert Canyon Post-Acute Center in Lancaster, California. The role involves supporting patients’ recovery and rehabilitation goals in post-acute care and may also be part of opportunities across retirement communities and outpatient clinics. Full-time, part-time, per-diem, and select travel opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling and shifts of up to 40 hours per week. The listed position is full-time. The hourly rate is $45.00 to $50.00.
Requirements
- Have an active or obtainable Speech-Language Pathology license in California.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy care to patients across various settings.
- Assist in evaluating patients and implementing personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
