About The Position

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, and Mental Health providers. Requirements

Eager to grow your skills in high-demand clinical areas such as AAC, feeding, and childhood apraxia of speech.
Do your best work surrounded by a supportive and diverse team of child specialists.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an Illinois state license in good standing.
Prior experience conducting assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication and feeding disorders
Make appropriate cross-referrals to other disciplines
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to improve speech, language, social, and feeding skills
Educate families, staff, and the community on AAC and other communication supports
Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists for coordinated care
Keep detailed records of progress and adjust plans as needed
