About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated SLPA to deliver high-quality, coordinated speech therapy services to a diverse patient population under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. This role is ideal for a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant who is passionate about helping patients find their voice and make measurable progress, and who enjoys working independently while still having strong clinical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Texas SLPA license
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Calm, solution-oriented approach in dynamic situations
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and high standards of care

- Pediatric experience
Responsibilities
- Implement speech therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed SLP
- Provide therapy services to patients across various age groups
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements
- Support a positive, patient-centered care environment
- Continue developing clinical skills and meeting continuing education requirements
