About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Marshall, Texas. The role is PRN and part-time, with flexible scheduling options and the option to work in-home or in a hybrid model. The SLPA will provide speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, support children’s communication development, and work with families and a multidisciplinary team. Pay starts at $36.00 per session.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
• Keep detailed documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
