About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in Houston. The role supports children in developing communication skills and works collaboratively with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team. Therapy is delivered under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The position offers PRN and part-time scheduling options.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support children in building speech, language, and communication skills for daily life and school success.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and progress at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation and work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
