About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. The role offers a rewarding work environment with multi-disciplinary collaboration and mentorship, while maintaining autonomy and growth specific to each clinician's passions and expertise. Requirements

  • AAS Degree or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Certificate
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant within the respective state
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with children from birth to age twenty-one
  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care
  • Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life
  • Deliver best-in-class care and witness exceptional patient outcomes
