About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and playful Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Texarkana, Texas. The role is part-time and PRN, with flexible scheduling options. The assistant works under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist and supports children’s communication, cognitive, social, and emotional development through a collaborative care model.

The position involves helping children develop speech, language, social, and communication skills; partnering with families and caregivers to encourage carryover and celebrate progress; maintaining detailed documentation; and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements

• Be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
