About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and playful Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in Texarkana, Texas. The role is part-time and PRN, with flexible scheduling options, and offers pay starting at $36.00 per session. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and CEU stipends are offered; eligibility for stipends and bonuses depends on meeting required visit minimums and length of employment. The position provides speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, supporting children's communication, cognitive, social, and emotional development through a collaborative care model. The SLPA partners with families and caregivers, maintains documentation, and works with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Texas.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
