About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in Houston. The role supports children in developing communication skills and collaborates with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary team. Therapy is delivered under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). The position offers PRN and part-time scheduling options, with flexible scheduling. Pay is listed as starting at $38.00 per session in the posting header and starting at $36.00 per session in the benefits section.
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas.
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support children in building speech, language, and communication skills for daily life and school success.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and progress at home.
- Maintain accurate documentation and work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
