About The Position

Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) is seeking a driven Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) with a passion for helping children live life to the fullest. This role offers the flexibility of an autonomous healthcare provider with a unique compensation structure that allows you to set your own income level. You will work with a diverse group of children, ranging from birth to 21 years of age, tailoring each treatment to meet their unique needs under the supervision of an experienced SLP. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists, contributing to a holistic approach for patient success.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Speech Therapy Assistant Program.
Proof of current or pending state licensure as a SLPA.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
A desire for continuous learning and growth.
2-3 year experience working as a SLPA (Pediatrics Preferred).
Must have a high communication level, great self-control, and really enjoy working with others.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate initiative and effectively manage your own caseload, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Provide tailored one-on-one sessions to make a real impact in each child's care plan.
Work with other divisions of the organization on the prediction of schedules, referral development, and team cooperation to ensure a "whole child" approach to all therapies offered.
Work autonomously as a self-driven clinician while continuing to grow within our interdisciplinary team.
