About The Position

The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) at Ensemble Therapy is responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by a lead Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). This involves providing direct one-on-one speech and language therapy under the supervision of the lead SLP and meticulously documenting each session through daily treatment notes. The ideal candidate is expected to embody the mission and culture of Ensemble Therapy, demonstrating qualities such as collaboration, caring, flexibility, and a strong customer service orientation. A desire to help others and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are also key attributes for this role. Candidates must hold a State of California SLPA licensure and possess knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques pertinent to speech-language therapy.
