About The Position
Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and playful Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy in San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas. The role supports children’s communication, cognitive, social, and emotional development through a collaborative care model. The SLPA provides therapy under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and works with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support children’s progress. This is a PRN, part-time role with flexible scheduling options and pay starting at $36.00 per session. Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in the state of Texas.
- Experience or a strong interest in pediatrics.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
