Requirements

• AAS from NC-accredited SLPA program, OR a permit to practice in NC if a bachelor's degree candidate.
• Must be permitted by the NC Board of SLPA Examiners PRIOR to consideration.
• Strong experience as an SLPA in schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Work with diverse client populations in various school-based settings, including Head Start programs and daycare centers.
• Utilize Electronic Medical Records for documentation, with computers provided.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
