This role is for a Speech Language Pathologist in an acute care setting, specifically working inpatient on weekends. The position requires a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology, NYS licensure, clinical certification in Speech Pathology (or its equivalent), and completion of a clinical fellowship year. The primary duties involve administering evaluations, diagnosing various communication and swallowing disorders, establishing and providing treatment programs, scheduling patients, educating patients and families, participating in program development, preparing reports, and communicating with referral sources.
